My Own Stamp Camp wanderings

And here are all the musings I threw together over Stamp Camp

... I think you'll spot a definite theme!  I've recently discovered a fantastic source of kraft paper and card and... well... I just cannae stop using it!

The first is cased from Shirley-Bee - I just love it...

This final creation is the workshop I ran (a 'guest presenter', don't ya know!).  It a gorgeous illuminaire based on a picture posted by Julia Leece absolutely ages ago.  I made my own measurements / dimensions - these look just great with a simple tea light in or little LED chains available around Christmas time.

Stamp Camp 2013

I travelled inter-state to get to Sue's Stamp Camp in Kurrajong this year!  It is SO worth it - the workshops are one thing - creative, inspiring, fun - but it's the company that really matches in creativity, inspiration and FUN to make the event just perfect!  There's always laughter, tears, noise, silence ... and those of us that just don't know when to go to bed!!

Here are some of the creations Super-Sue designed that we made over the weekend...

A fantastic recipe swap cover with recipes from all of us inside... too yummy!
 A great fancy fold card...

 A sweet notelette set...
An awesome 'oyster' box...

Covers for my FAVE type (and size!!) of choccywockydoodah...
My first Christmas card of the year

Love the simplicity of this card - the sanded cardstock makes a great background...

Creative update from Melbs

Dear spirit-being; it's been 6 months since my last blog update.

I am failing my gallery, my thooooowsands of viewers **cough splutter chuckle!**, my creative energies.

Well... I am here now and have a plethora of goodies to share!  And maybe, just maybe, I will be back within the next six months!?!

First up - every so often I like to challenge myself to a 'ten minute card'; in fact, mostly its when I have to pull something out of the bag for one of my girls' friends! So here's one of said 'ten minute muddles' based loosely on a Kikki K card: -

Here is one that took a little longer! ... my preferred style, although sometimes I can look at a beast for too long and it turns out rotten!  Happy with this one though...
